Angus Hordern
Angus Hordern, Founder and Director of Hordern Wealth Management, has been advising clients in the financial services industry for over 35 years. A graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney and an International Scholar at Oregon State University, Angus began his career in 1990 by founding J. A. Hordern Pty Ltd. He later earned his Financial Planning Diploma and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification, the highest international qualification in the field.
Beyond his professional achievements, Angus has served in the Royal Australian Navy and Army Reserves, referees rugby games on weekends, and is an active member of the American Civil War Round Table & the Naval Historical Society & Naval Officers Warfare Association. Having lived and raised a family on Sydney’s leafy North Shore, he and his family made a tree change in 2024, relocating to the Southern Highlands. There, Angus continues to serve his clients while pursuing his passion for community involvement.
